1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries by Tragebaby.ch

2.1 Contract conclusion for range of goods
Customers receive a confirmation email with the payment details. The conclusion of the contract takes place only with confirmation and payment received by Tragebaby for the ordered goods.

It may be possible that an article is no longer in stock despite the normal order process. This happens when two customers order at the same time. In this case, the amount paid will be returned by Tragebaby and the order will be cancelled. Customers will be notified via email.

The items will only be delivered while stocks last.

2.2 Contract conclusion with pre-order and production according to customer's request (= exclusive custom order model)
The order is sent by email. The design and the amount will also be discussed and planned by email.

As soon as the material for the order model is ready and planning is completed, the bill will be invoiced. Tragebaby begins with the production of the order only after the conclusion of the contract, that is, when the payment amount is received in the account. A withdrawal from the purchase contract is then no longer possible.

3. Payment method
The amount shall be transferred by cash in advance, PostFinance e-finance, Postcard or PayPal to the account specified in the confirmation email. The goods will be shipped as soon as the payment amount has been received in the account.

Payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) is currently disabled.

If a transfer in CHF is difficult from abroad, a payment in EURO to the following account is possible:

The payment term is 10 days. After 10 days, a reminder mail will be sent. If the buyer does not respond, the order will be cancelled 5 days later and the ordered goods will be released for sale in the shop.

4. Delivery
The goods will be shipped no later than 3-5 working days after receipt of the amount on the account specified in the confirmation email (with the exception of other mention in the description of the article). The goods will be delivered by mail.

Pick-up is also possible. 

Shipping costs:
For Switzerland:
Economy: CHF 10.-
Priority: CHF 12.-

For small items that fit in an envelope: 
Economy: CHF 2.80

For EU countries:
Packages from 1kg (for carrying aids): CHF 38.-
Packages up to 1kg ("smaller items" such as buckle waist straps, LueMai Piccolino): CHF 11.-
Large envelopes (small articles like single LueMai chest strap, brochure): CHF 4.80 to CHF 7.-

Customers from abroad are additionally required to pay VAT and customs fees by the competent customs authority. These additional costs are not levied by Tragebaby.

5. Cancellation
A cancellation of the order is possible as long as the payment amount has not been transferred to Tragebaby.ch. However, once the payment has been received, a revocation or withdrawal from the contract is no longer possible.

6. Exchange:
Exchange is not possible.

7. Liability and warranty
In accordance with legal regulations, Tragebaby assumes a 24-month guarantee on the carrying aids with appropriate handling of the products. Should any flaws or defects in the workmanship be discovered or developed during this time, which affect the wearing comfort or the use, they will be repaired free of charge by Tragebaby. A product is only replaced if repair is no longer possible.
Small optical inaccuracies are common with handcrafted products. Tragebaby accepts no liability for this.

Tragebaby does not assume warranty for defects caused by improper handling of the baby carriers (such as washing the material without observing the care instructions).

Signs of wear are excluded from the guarantee.

The manufacturers of the fabrics, in particular the baby sling fabrics, cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the processing by Tragebaby GmbH. They are released from any liability.

Tragebaby.ch assumes no liability for external links. The content of external links are the sole responsibility of their respective operators.
 

8. Declaration of consent:
For orders by email, the customer confirms that he or she has read and accepted the terms and conditions.

9. Final provisions

Should any of these terms and conditions prove to be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the remaining provisions.
